1) Return or Exchanges 

Your shopping experience with Marcus Rosevelt is our top priority. Please contact us at info@marcusrosevelt.com to discuss any concerns you may have regarding refunds and exchanges. Returns and exchanges are at the expense of the customer. We do not cover shipping fees.

Please note: We are unable to process cancellations because orders are processed immediately. We do this to ensure orders are shipped as soon as possible.

Refunds and exchanges must be completed within thirty days from the date of purchase. 

2) Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Additional Customs and Duty fees may apply if you are outside of Canada. All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Ontario.

3) What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards such as: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All our transactions are encrypted and your information is secure. If you are located in Canada and prefer to pay using E-transfer, send us an email to learn how.

4) Can I track the shipment of my order?

We do not provide tracking information. However, you will receive an email notification once your parcel ships. 

5) How do I verify the authenticity of my watch?

The only way to confirm your watch is authentic is by purchasing your watch directly from our website at Marcusrosevelt.com. Please keep a copy of your proof of purchase.

6) What type of warranty do you offer?

We offer lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. We also provide complimentary battery replacements for up to one year commencing from the date of purchase.

7) What material is your watch made of?

Our watches are made of alloy metal. We use a quality brass face and mineral glass. Our watches are water resistant up to 3 ATM.

8) Allergies

Our watches may contain nickel. If you notice any signs of allergic reaction please discontinue use. Marcus Rosevelt is not responsible and does not take liabilities for harm caused by the use of our products. Discontinue use if allergies persist, we will refund you in full.

9) Do you provide a user manual?

Marcus Rosevelt is a strong believer of environmental conservation. In an effort to reduce the amount of waste we create, we no longer offer paper manuals. Our manuals are available for download in PDF format by clicking here. Should you require a paper copy, kindly send us an email and we will include one with your order.
